Here is one of my paintings in progress. I added a lot more red to Red, Purple, Green at the request of the person I am painting it for and reduced the other colors. Red really demands center stage.

Beautiful as it is, what needs to be changed? The slit reminds me of something…. I’m not sure what, but it is lovely. How great to have a commision. Tony
Someone said it reminded them of a closed eye.
I still have to layer on some more varied tones of red and maybe add a bit more purple.
