Sometimes I take my smaller paintings out to the balcony in the evenings and take advantage of the last of the natural light.

More work on the gray painting from earlier today.

This is a very rough beginning to a new painting. Very very rough indeed. The inspiration was from some close-ups of crystalline structures.
